  • applied on healthy and strong nails,
  • correctly removed...

... it is a completely safe manicure method for your nails and you don’t have to take breaks between manicures!

This method is especially efficient for those of you work behind a computer. Since the oil is applied on your nails, your fingers won’t be oily, so you can easily use your mouse or type.

  • harder and stronger,
  • flexible,
  • moisturised,
  • regenerated,
  • shiny
  • ... ready for the most awesome manicure!

Sounds great, doesn’t it? :)

Home remedies that will strengthen your nails

To regenerate your nails you can use the products available in shops but there are also many home remedies that are equally effective in improving nail condition.

  • Lemon juice

Lemon juice strengthens your nails, speeds up the collage production and removes micro-breaks on the nail plate. Simply squeeze half a lemon juice, mix it with a glass of warm water and soak your nails in the mixture for about 10 minutes.

  • Apple cider vinegar

Apple cider vinegar is rich in calcium, iron and magnesium - the elements that your nails need to grow. Combine the vinegar and warm water in equal proportions and mix it. If you soak your nails in the mixture regularly, they will become visibly stronger.

  • Flaxseeds

You can also use the break between manicures to start a flaxseed treatment that strengthens and regenerates your nails. Add two tablespoons of flaxseeds to a dish, pour to glasses of hot water and set it aside. Then soak your hands in the mixture for about 20 minutes. You will be surprised with the effects! ;)

Signs of spring! - hi hybrid UV gel manicure inspirations.Break between manicures - change your diet.

If, despite using conditioners, your nails are prone to splitting or breaking, it may be the result of an inadequate diet. Make sure your diet is rich in:

  • magnesium - you can find it in walnuts, almonds, bananas, apples, oranges, wholegrain products, milk and fish;
  • zinc - products that are rich in this element include: tomatoes, parsley, cocoa, sesame, legumes and cruciferous vegetables;
  • silicon - you can find it in field horsetail, nettle, whole wheat bread, oatmeal and garlic;
  • calcium - it is an ingredient of milk, yoghurts, kefir, sprat, sardines, nuts, soy and spinach;
  • iron - you can find it in giblets (mainly in liver), parsley, eggs, rye bread, wheat bran, red lentils or fish products.

It’s important!

If you suffer from fungal infections, onycholysis (nail separating from the nail bad) or other nail diseases, you should give up UV gel manicure. Visit a doctor and follow their instructions. Once you’ve treated the disease, you can start thinking about a fancy manicure on your nails! Remember: first hi health, then hi hybrid! ;-)
