The product turned out to be disappointing – what can I do?

You have two years from the receipt of the product to file a complaint (but not more than the expiration date of the product).

In the case of products purchased in drugstores (stationary stores), please file a complaint directly at the point of purchase of the goods.

For products purchased on the site www.hihybrid.pl, you can choose to exchange the product for a product free of defects or to have a refund.

If you notice a defect in products purchased on www.hihybrid.pl, please follow these steps:

Returns

(The right applies only to a customer who is a consumer within the meaning of the Civil Code, i.e. a natural person making a legal transaction with an entrepreneur not directly related to its business or professional activity).

A sudden change of plans? No worries!

Do you want to return products purchased on www.hihybrid.pl? Not a problem! They will be sad, but hopefully you will meet again! You have 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment from the courier to return it without giving any reason.

Only products purchased on the website www.hihybrid.pl can be returned.

If you want to return the purchased goods, follow these steps:

  1. Fill in the return form available here.
  2. Make sure that you have packaged the products well before shipment.
  3. Attach the following documents to the package: return form and proof of purchase.

Remember that:

  1. The return of products takes place at your expense.
  2. You can choose any method of shipment and any courier.
  3. Make sure you have packaged your products well before shipment.
  4. Only full-value products can be returned.

NOTE:

The right to return the goods on the above principles cannot be used for goods delivered in a sealed package, which after opening the packaging cannot be returned due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the packaging was opened after delivery. This applies to: nail files, cotton balls, polishing blocks, sticks, shapers, stripes, and towels sold in our online store.

The Consumer is liable for the decrease of the product’s value as a result of using it in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
